Drew Cameron is President of Energy Design Systems, Inc. (EDS) and HVAC Sellutions, and a nationally recognized leader in HVAC sales, marketing, and performance development. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he has trained thousands of sales professionals, managers, and business owners across the country, helping them achieve higher levels of performance through his proven approach to “Total Sales Awareness.”

Drew’s career in the HVAC industry began at an early age and evolved through hands-on experience in nearly every role within a contracting business—from installation and warehouse operations to system design, estimating, and executive leadership. After earning a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from the University of Maryland, he continued to build on that foundation by leading operations, sales, and marketing for a family-owned HVAC company prior to its acquisition by a regional utility consolidator.

He went on to serve in leadership roles with national organizations, including Service Experts, where he worked to improve the performance of service centers across the country. In 1999, Drew founded HVAC Sellutions, a consulting and training organization dedicated to helping contractors improve sales processes, build stronger teams, and increase profitability.

In 2014, Drew was appointed President of EDS, continuing the legacy of innovation and industry leadership. Today, he plays a key role in guiding the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on marketing, sales resource development, and performance-driven systems that support contractors and organizations nationwide.

A sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant, Drew regularly presents at regional and national industry events and has authored training materials and content for leading trade publications. He is the recipient of the Contracting Business Magazine and Service Roundtable Tom McCart International Consultant of the Year Award.
